Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are the backbone of Smile Fund USA. From helping to organize community outreach events to assisting with administrative tasks, there are numerous ways you can donate your time and skills to our cause. Volunteering not only supports our work but also allows you to connect with a community of like-minded individuals passionate about making a difference.

Skilled Volunteer Wix Automations & Email Workflow Setup (Remote)

Time Estimate: 5–10 hours total (target: completion within 3–7 days depending on availability)

About the Project

We need help setting up automatic form responses and workflow emails inside our Wix website, following our documented message flow (SF‑01 through SF‑09), including simple case statuses and internal notifications.

This is a bounded, well-defined project with clear deliverables and a quick handoff.

Job Requirements

Experience with Wix Editor and publishing changes safely
Experience with at least two of the following:
- Wix Forms
- Wix Automations
- Wix CRM / Triggered Emails
- Wix Content Manager (CMS Collections / datasets)
Comfortable testing workflows (form submission → status → email)
Reliable communication (quick updates during the short project)

Work Experience
Any one of the following is great:

1+ year of hands-on Wix site work (freelance, personal, nonprofit, or agency), or
A portfolio with 1–2 Wix projects showing forms + automations, or
A bootcamp / self-taught developer with real examples of workflow automations

Bonus (nice-to-have)

Velo by Wix (JavaScript) experience
Basic understanding of CRM-like workflows (statuses, routing, logging)
Experience handling sensitive data carefully (PII)
